  • Is Team Vertex Currently Hiring?
    Yes! We are always on the look out for hiring talented professionals and we are actively accepting applications. Please submit your application on our webpage or email us a copy of your resume to hr@teamvertexinc.com. If we think you would be a good fit for our team, we will contact you by phone or email to set up an interview.
  • Is our pay based solely on commission?
    No! We do pay commissions and offer plenty of bonus opportunities, but they are in addition to your hourly or salaried wages. We negotiate your base salary throughout the interview process based on your previous experience and background. Each of our job advertisements will list a pay range for each role that will be mutually agreed upon before the first day of orientation.
  • What does Team Vertex do?
    Unlike most marketing agencies, our organization focuses on creating and developing a team of direct sales and marketing professionals. This enables us to form stronger working connections with each of our client's customers by doing business with them in the face-to-face retail setting. We pride ourselves on having a proven track record of establishing trust with each unique customer which is the foundation of every successful business relationship.
  • Is there training provided for each position?
    Yes! We understand the value of having a well-educated and competent team and we ensure that every team member is properly prepared to drive results. We are proud of our management training program and are committed to developing future leaders. We offer paid training in a variety of different faculties including marketing, sales, management, customer service, and other promotional events.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
